Jimsy has always been fascinated by purpose driven organizations that accelerate human and organizational transformation. Prior to Bloom, he was Vice President of Product at LifeWorks (now acquired by Telus Health for $2.3Bn) where he successfully led global product teams and oversaw the total mental health and wellbeing product experience.
