Q currently serves as Chief People, PR & Communications Officer at Paper—an industry leading series D+ EdTech company on a mission to ensure every student has equal access to academic support from K-12.

From 2018 to 2023, Q joined Airbnb as its first global people ops leader, where he played a key role in designing and implementing Airbnb's people and talent operations function, guiding the company through significant milestones such as hyper growth, pandemic responses, workforce restructuring, IPO, and the future of work. One of Q's notable achievements was the ideation and incubation of Airbnb's Digital Nomad program in 2020, which eventually evolved into Airbnb's formal Live & Work Anywhere program in 2022. 

Passionate about personal growth, Q is an avid traveller and supports emerging artists and filmmakers.
