We partner with a select group of experienced, impact-driven coaches who share our belief in measurable growth.

What you'll bring

Accreditation: ICF (ACC or above) or EMCC.

Experience: 150+ coaching hours and a track record with both short-term (3–6 months) and long-term (12+ months) interventions.

Leadership insight: at least 5 years in management or leadership, so you understand the challenges clients face from experience, not just theory.

Tech confidence: genuine ease with digital tools — this role depends on it.

Commitment: at least 2 days per week to take on Bloom clients.

Startup mindset: comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and change.

You’ll join a global network of credible, curious coaches who share insights, grow together, and make a real difference.
